Roles and responsibilities
- The project Executive will be responsible for leading and implementing SFURTI projects related to cluster development.
- Planning, Strategizing, and implementing projects related to various SFURTI projects.
- Research, Analysis and Reporting.
- Developing mentorship program, start-up boot camp programs, entrepreneurship development programs etc.
- Managing promoting activities related to projects
- Monitoring, Evaluation and Handholding activities
- Networking with various stakeholders
- Developing project proposals and documentation
Core Experiences :
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of professional experience in project management.
- Work experience preferable in sectors of cluster and entrepreneurship development.
- Knowledge on cluster management, incubation, business plan development, mentorship etc is desirable.
Qualification:
- Graduate in Social Work /Commerce/ Economics /B. E or B. Tech (Mechanical / Civil Engg)
Or
- Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering with Minimum 5 years of experience may also apply.
Contract Period: This is a temporary position, with a contract period of 12 months, which may be extended depending on the candidate’s performance.
Key Skills desirable:
- Good Communication and interpersonal skills with ability to proactively address potential issues and solve problems is desirable.
- Excellent computer skills, Collaborative working Style and team — player attitude. Ability to work independently with little supervision, organization skill and ability to prioritize tasks, and having report writing skill.
Upper age limit: 40 Years
