The British Council India announced the Newton Bhabha Fund PhD Placement 2020 Call, in partnership with DST, DBT and ICSSR has been announced successfully and is open till 16 August 2020. (16.00 hrs UK time).

This call is for PhD Scholars from both India and UK Higher education institutes to spend 2 to 4 months of their PhD at UK/India host institute. It’s a good opportunity for scholars to gain international exposure and build research capacity. Call details are available here

Eligibility:

• In the UK, the scheme is open only to UK scholars pursuing their PhD at a UK higher education institution in area of STEM and Life Sciences. Scholars from England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland are eligible to apply.
