A master class was conducted at Basic Training Kitchen, Assam Don Bosco University by the Department of Hospitality and Hotel Administration on 17th January 2023 in commemoration of International Spicy Food Day.

Chef Manas Sarkar Started the session with a brief presentation about different spicy ingredients and their usages both in cooking and presentations. BSc HHA, Second Semester students then prepared spicy delicacies under supervision and then demonstrated them and served them to those who attended the programme including Fr. Jose Palely, Pro VC; Dr. Tania Sur Roy, HoD, Dept. of Education and Dr. Chandrima Das, Asst. Professor, Dept. of Public Administration.
