An Invited Talk on “Application of Machine Learning and Data Science in the Advancement of Electronics and Communication Engineering” was held on 30th August 2023 inthe Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering. The Talk was coordinated by Dr. Kaustubh Bhattacharyya, Head,Department of ECE and was delivered by Dr. Sivaranjan Goswami, Senior ProgrammerAnalyst, TechVariable Private Limited, Guwahati. There was a question-Answer cum Discussion session, where participants raised some questions and were discussed.

All the students of department of ECE participated in this event along with few students form other departments. Among the participants, there were faculty members, PG Students, UG Students and PhD Research Scholars.
