Asst. Prof. Arunav Barua, a Research Scholar at Assam Don Bosco University, Guwahati, (Management) has been invited by The Media School of Bournemouth University, Great Britain, for presenting a paper entitled ‘Corporate Social Responsibility and Business Ethics.’ This is the 2nd International Conference on Social Responsibility, Ethics and Sustainable Business (ICSR 2013) to be held 5-6 September 2013. This is part of Arunav’s Research work on the same topic. Earlier he had attended international conferences on Management in IBMT, Bangalore, and ICPR at JNU, New Delhi.

Alumni of All Saints Diocesan High School, Shillong and Raj Kumar College, Raipur, Chattisgarh, Arunav passed B.Com from Bangalore University.

After graduation he worked for Corporate Houses in Bangalore and New Delhi before completing MBA from NERIM, Dibrugarh University.

Working for a time as Spoken English and Personality Development Trainer in different companies in Guwahati, Arunav presently works at AIMT as Asst. Prof. in Management.

Last month, Trafford Publishing U.S, published a collection of Arunav’s poems entitled ‘A Rose By Any Other Name—A Collection Of Thoughts In Verse.’
