Assam Don Bosco University (ADBU), in collaboration with the Assam Amateur Boxing
Association, will host the 8th Youth Men & Women National Boxing Championship 2026 from
13th to 19th April 2026 at its Tapesia campus, Sonapur, Guwahati.
This prestigious national-level event will bring together some of the most promising young
boxing talents from across the country, offering a dynamic platform to showcase skill,
discipline, and competitive excellence. The championship is expected to witness participation
from multiple state teams, along with coaches and officials, and fostering a strong spirit of
sportsmanship.
Organized with the support of key national and regional partners, the event reflects a shared
commitment to promoting sports culture and advancing youth development, particularly in the
Northeast region.
