The promising lives of two of our students came to a tragic end at the Jorabat flyover on Friday, 15th December, at about 3.00 pm, as they were going home having completed the day’s exam at the university. The bike they were travelling on collided with a truck, and they were killed instantly.

All of us at the University (the management, faculty, staff, and students) join their grieving families at this sudden and tragic loss of their beloved sons. We offer our heartfelt condolences to their parents and dear ones at this moment of intense pain and grief. We pray that Shreyan Roy and Kethosetuo rest in peace.

A third student, KETHOSETUO KRATSUTSU of BSC HHA 5, sustained serious injuries during the same accident and is currently under treatment in GNRC.  We pray for his speedy recovery.
