The Department of Hospitality and Hotel Administration organized a food production workshop on International Whiskey Day, 27th March 2023.

The event started with a short welcome speech by Chef Manas Sharkar, Departmental In-charge of the Dept. of Hospitality and Hotel Administration, followed by a three-hour food production practical demonstration by Chef Manas and the students of Hospitality and Hotel Administration. The entire menu was created using Whiskey as its chief flavoring agent and as a result every dish was having an aroma of whiskey. Apart from the Department students, the workshop was attended by Mr. Probal Acharya, TPO & Dr. Raja  Chakraborty, (HOD Pharmacy) of Assam Don Bosco University.
