The first Annual General Assembly of the Assam Don Bosco University Alumni Association was held at the School of Technology’s Conference Hall on 27th April 2014.
The General Assembly was attended by the Vice Chancellor Fr. Stephen Mavely, Pro Vice Chancellor Fr. Joseph Nellanatt, Principal of the School of Engineering Dr. Manoranjan Kalita and some faculty members with the alumni who have graduated from various Schools of Assam Don Bosco University.
The Alumni Constitution, which had been drafted under the Chairmanship of the University’s Pro-Vice Chancellor, Fr. Joseph Nellanatt was adopted in this Assembly.
During the meeting Fr. Stephen Mavely declared a donation of Rs. 25,000/- to the association as a token of encouragement and goodwill.
The General Assembly elected the following members as the leaders of the Alumni Association.
